Job Summary:
The role involves end-to-end management of demand and supply in the grocery category, ownership of P&L, driving growth in user base and supplier engagement, mentoring account managers, and collaborating with central teams for pricing, selection, and visibility. The Associate is expected to create scalable processes, drive efficiency, and use data to influence strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Key Account Managers.
- Drive supplier engagement and solve issues quickly.
- Own and improve P&L, demand generation, and supply optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with central teams for best selection and pricing.
- Use data (quantitative & qualitative) for decision-making.
- Define goals/KRAs and assess performance.
- Design short and medium-term execution roadmaps.

Requirements:
